We want you and your pup to be 100% satisfied with your SPARK PAWS gear. If the fit isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, hair-free, and in their original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Print & Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
